Planet 13 Rewards (High Roller Society) is our free loyalty program that lets you earn points on purchases, advance through tier levels based on your annual spend, and unlock accelerated point earning and exclusive perks the more you shop.

Planet 13 Rewards is available to eligible customers who meet all local legal requirements, including age restrictions. You must be 21+ with valid ID. Once enrolled, you’ll start earning points immediately on eligible purchases.
You earn points on every qualifying dollar spent. Your earning rate depends on your tier level:
Points are automatically added to your account after checkout.
Your tier is based on your annual spend within the program year. As your spend increases, you move into higher tiers with faster earning rates and added benefits. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for the remainder of the loyalty year.
Tier Levels
Points can be redeemed during checkout on eligible purchases. You decide when and how to use your points, subject to program terms. There is no limit on how many eligible points you can redeem in a single transaction, and points can be earned and redeemed both in-store and through the Planet 13 app where available.
Make sure your rewards account is connected at checkout by using the same phone number or account information you signed up with. If your phone number or email changes, update your information with a team member so your points and tier status remain connected to your account.
Unused points do not disappear when the program updates. Points will carry over into the new rewards structure. Points expire only when a customer goes a full 6 months without shopping with us.
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your experience matters to us. If you experience a quality or defective concern, please return to the store where the purchase was made and speak with a team member. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with company policy.
