Can tourists buy?
Yes. Any adult 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID can shop, from any state or country. Out-of-state IDs and passports work.
Where can I consume? Can I smoke in my hotel?
Public consumption is illegal in Nevada, and most hotels and casinos prohibit cannabis on their property. The legal, comfortable option is the DAZED consumption lounge inside Planet 13.
Can I take products home to another state?
No. Cannabis purchased in Nevada must stay in Nevada; carrying it across state lines (or flying with it) is illegal, even to another legal state.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Nevada is a recreational (adult-use) market; anyone 21+ can buy. Medical patients with valid cards have their own benefits and lower taxes.
I'm new to cannabis. Where do I start?
Tell the budtender the experience you're after. Edibles are the most predictable place to start because Nevada standardizes them at 10mg THC per serving: start with a half serving or one serving and wait at least an hour before more. For flower or vapes, start with one small puff and wait. Start low, go slow.
What's the difference between shopping online and in store?
Same live menu, same prices. Online orders can be picked up in store, at the drive-thru, or delivered in the Las Vegas valley.
Is there a first-time discount?

How fresh are the menu numbers?
Product availability, prices, and THC numbers come from live lab-tested inventory data, refreshed from the live menu.
Can I bring my kids or my dog?
No one under 21 is allowed inside, including infants. Service animals only.
Is the entertainment complex free to visit?
Yes, walking the complex and its attractions is free; you only pay for what you buy.
