Prodigy, the concentrate shelf's overachiever

Prodigy is a house strain that earns its name in the extraction lab: of its six current formats, the rosin and live resins post some of the highest terpene totals in the store. If Silver Reserve is our terpene king, Prodigy is the heir.

What it is

A Medizin-program cut grown for the concentrate line first. No published pedigree, and we print none; what defines it on our shelf is how much aroma survives the wash and the press.

What our lab panels show

The live rosin tests 112 mg/g total terpenes, limonene 3.11% over caryophyllene 2.69% with linalool at 1.52%; a live-resin badder posts 105 mg/g on a caryophyllene-linalool stack with B-pinene at an unusual 1.8%, a sharp forest note you rarely see that high. The cured resins run caryophyllene-first with humulene, grading indica; the pre-roll keeps the same warm stack at 24.8% THC. Across the line Prodigy grades hybrid to indica: an evening profile with an uncommonly aromatic top end.

What that means for you

This is a dab-first strain: the wash-and-press formats are where its chemistry shows off. Caryophyllene warmth, linalool rounding, and that pine streak make it legible even next to its louder shelf-mates. The rosin guide explains why the totals differ format to format.
