Silver Reserve, the sativa champion with the richest panel in the store
Silver Reserve took First Place in the sativa flower category at Best in Grass Nevada 2025, judged anonymously at home by everyday consumers. On the current menu it is the terpene heavyweight of the whole store: the Medizin live rosin pressed from it tests 144 mg/g total terpenes, the richest panel in our snapshot.
What it is
Silver Reserve is a Medizin-program sativa whose name nods to the silver-haze tradition without borrowing anyone's pedigree, and we will leave the family tree unstated rather than guess. Its argument is chemistry: this is the cut our lab reaches for when it wants to show off what solventless pressing preserves.
What our lab panels show
The live rosin is the showpiece: 144 mg/g total terpenes with linalool at a remarkable 4.84% and terpinolene at 3.76%, a floral-over-bright pairing you will almost never see at those concentrations. The cured-rosin cart reads terpinolene-first at 3.1% with 102 mg/g and a straight sativa chemotype; the shatter runs caryophyllene-first at a calmer 46 mg/g. Terpinolene is the rarest of the major terpenes, sweet-herbal and energetic; riding it with that much linalool gives Silver Reserve a perfumed character the award judges evidently noticed.
