Blue Dream strain: what the lab panels show
Blue Dream is the cross widely told as Blueberry x Haze, a sativa-dominant hybrid in the usual telling, and on Planet 13's Las Vegas superstore shelf it comes from five brands in six products whose lab panels do not agree on a lead terpene and grade from hybrid to indica, never sativa-side.
What it is
The usual telling makes it a Blueberry x Haze cross with a sativa-dominant reputation; that is the widely circulated account, not a lab fact. On the Las Vegas superstore's shelf it is almost all vape: every Blue Dream product there is a vape except one infused blunt, and the snapshot holds no Blue Dream flower or plain pre-roll.
What the Las Vegas superstore's panels show
The lead terpene changes from product to product, and the split does not follow the brand line. The Kanha cart and the Brass Knuckles all-in-one share one shape across two brands: the same five terpenes, A-pinene first (0.54% and 0.70%) and myrcene second. Myrcene leads the Buddies Liquid Diamond all-in-one (0.40%) and sits first on the Claybourne Co. Flyers infused blunt in a near tie with linalool (myrcene 0.81%, linalool 0.81%). Plug Play's own two panels lead differently over the same five terpenes: caryophyllene in the all-in-one (2.16%, with limonene at 2.10%) and limonene in the pod (2.53%). The all-in-one and the pod carry 76 and 67 mg/g of terpenes, more than most distillate vapes on the Las Vegas superstore's shelf, and A-pinene is not among the terpenes either reports, which leaves it unknown on those two, not zero. THC runs 81.4% to 94.0% in the vapes and 45.8% in the blunt. The grades: hybrid on three products, indica-hybrid on two, indica on the blunt.
What that means for you
The Kanha, Brass Knuckles and Plug Play vapes are distillate, which leaves the still stripped of terpenes, so those panels read each maker's added-back blend, and where those terpenes come from is worth asking. The Buddies all-in-one is filed under live resin instead. The name alone does not settle the panel: on the Las Vegas superstore's shelf it spans at least four lead terpenes and totals from 15 to 76 mg/g, and each grade is computed from that batch's own panel, not from the name, as the five-class spectrum explains, so read the product page's panel before you choose.
